Why ONDUVILLA ® ?
ONDUVILLA ® is a bitumen based roofing tile.
It's complete, aesthetic and
unique roofing solution for your roof.
For roof with min. pitch about 9о (about 15%).

The ONDUVILLA ® corrugated tiles are small, 106x40 cm elements, and give the roofing a pleasant look, that reminds of the traditional clay tiles, with the advantage of extreme lightness. An exclusive shaded coloring system makes one different, resulting in a natural texture.
The corrugated tiles are made of a single layer made of natural fibers and bitumen, resin bound and colored with an innovative system of shading.

EASY TO FIX
The ONDUVILLA ® tiles boast an attractively designed look and are available in a large choice, composed of standard colors and shades, but also innovative shaded colors enhanced by a 3-tone painted system, which imitates traditional clay tiles. Horizontal shadows are cleverly painted on to give the thick, distinctive, raised appearance of traditional Mediterranean roofs.

1. SLIM CAP
Cap for ridge and hips, for roofs with a pitch up to 120% (or 50°).

2. APRON PIECE
Designed to provide watertightness and ventilation to the ridge line (residential), for roofs with a pitch up to 120% (or 50°). Can also be used to seal the gap between Onduvilla and vertical wall abutment.

Designed for the finishing of ridge and hip lines (pitch up to 120%).

4. VERGE PIECE

Self adhesive tape made of perforated aluminium, which provides watertightness and ventilation at hips.

1. SUPPORTING STRUCTURE
ONDUVILLA ® can be installed on all standard roof structures: on wooden deck, on wooden or steel battens or on concrete slabs. Min. pitch about 15% (about 9°), for pitches below 30%, install Onduvilla on a wooden deck.
2. INSTALLATION PRINCIPLES
Start installation at eave, in the opposite direction of the prevailing wind. Position the dark strip on top.
Stagger the rows, by starting the second row with a half-tile. Slide overlaps are one corrugation. Ensure proper waterproofing by aligning the overlapping guides.
The sheets have to be fixed at each overlap and corrugation with ONDUVILLA ® monoblock nails or screws. Fix the tiles following the order described above, between the 2 overlapping guides. Do not fix those corrugations that will be overlapped by the next tile or verge piece.
Due to ONDUVILLA ®’s overhang, the distance between the first and second battens is reduced (27 cm instead of 32 cm).
5. RIDGE FOR PITCH BELOW 120% (50°)
Like the tiles, also APRON PIECES and SLIM CAPS are to be overlapped against prevailing wind.
6. RIDGE FOR PITCH ABOVE 120% (50°)
The Corrugated ventilated filler can be fixed below the ridge piece, in order to prevent birds or other animals to enter into the roof space.
At the beginning of the roof, the verge piece simply overlaps the first corrugation of the sheet .
|On the opposite side, the roof may not end with a corrugation. Cut the last tile at the edge and bend it onto a batten in order to ensure proper watertightness. Then overlap the batten with the verge piece.|
